2. Product Authenticity & Representation

We strive for absolute precision in our digital representation. However, due to the luxury nature of our textiles (including high-thread-count wools and long-staple cottons), minor variations in grain and color may occur. These are not defects but markers of authentic, high-end materials.

3. The TG Contract

Orders placed within our Tanner George Custom Tailoring sectors constitute a specialized contract. Once a custom order has entered the "Cutting" phase at our atelier, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to the personalized nature of the garment.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tanner George & Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to access our digital concierge services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the items in question.

5. Client Conduct

The TG"Inner Circle" is a space for those who value dignity and self-respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who displays conduct inconsistent with our brand values or attempts to compromise our secure payment systems.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, the corporate home of  the Tanner George Corporation. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved within this jurisdiction.

7. Modifications to Service

As we continue to "push our brand to newer heights," we reserve the right to modify our pricing, collection availability, and these terms at any time without prior notice.
