At Tanner George & Co., we believe that the delivery of your garment should be as precise and refined as the tailoring itself. We don’t just ship packages; we manage the transit of your personal legacy.

The Concierge Standard

Every order from The House is handled with white-glove care. To ensure the integrity of our textiles and the security of your investment, all shipments are meticulously packaged in our signature protective cases.

Domestic Delivery (United States)

We offer tiered shipping options to suit your schedule:

  • Signature Concierge (14 Business Days): Our standard complimentary service for orders over $500.

  • Priority Move (10-12 Business Days): Expedited transit for the strategist on the move.

  • Tanner George Fitting Delivery: For our custom "Chess" collection clients, delivery timelines are dictated by the final fitting and hand-finishing process. Your dedicated concierge will provide real-time updates.

International Transit

Tanner George & Co. is a global aesthetics brand. We facilitate international delivery to over 50 countries. Please note that international clients are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes incurred upon entry.

Tracking Your Strategy

Once your order has been dispatched from our atelier, you will receive a sophisticated tracking dashboard via email. This allows you to monitor your delivery’s progress from our house to yours.

Security & Signatures

Due to the high value of our curated collections, all Tanner George & Co. deliveries require an adult signature upon arrival. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or unattended drop-off locations to ensure your "armor" never falls into the wrong hands.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we partner with only the most reliable couriers, logistics can occasionally face unforeseen hurdles. If your delivery is delayed, please contact our Concierge Team at tannergeorgeco@gmail.com for immediate resolution.
